Walked into my kitchen at 6:45am, to water everywhere, a leaking filter and an error message on my boiler. Had a breakdown! Son had the choice of cold shower or no shower. House was freezing. By 8:20am, Chris had arrived. By 9:00am, Chris had fixed the problem, bled my radiators, checked and rechecked everything, and I was on my way to work. Excellent, speedy service.
